1. All submissions should be sent via email to Kyle Thompson (email@example.com). Manuscripts should be saved in MS Word and should be between 3,000-7,000 words (not including footnotes). Book reviews should be between 1,000-2,000 words.
2. All manuscripts should be formatted according to the Chicago Manual of Style (which can be located here). Please use 12 point Times New Roman font and double space your paragraphs. Do not use bold or italics (except italics for footnotes and other rare circumstances described in the Detailed-Submission-Guidelines below). References should be footnotes numbered consecutively (1,2,3). A bibliography should be at the end of the manuscript in the Chicago Manual of Style (like this). Quotation marks should all be double (“.”) and used sparingly. No page numbers, images, charts, or graphs. No name or personal information should be in the manuscript when submitted.
3. Please provide a brief biography (2-3 sentences), an abstract of 100 words or fewer, and five keywords in a separate document.

Op-ed Guidelines: Op-eds should be between 500 and 1,000 words, saved in an MS Word document and submitted to Kyle Thompson Thompson (firstname.lastname@example.org). Given that these are more opinion based works, you do not need to include a bibliography if you did not cite any material. But, if you reference or cite materials, please include a bibliography formatted according to Chicago Manual of Style.
